What happens after you order?
Step 1
Order confirmation email will be sent to your provided email address after you complete the check out process.
Step 2
Your ashes pouch will be sent out 1st Class post via Royal Mail within 24 hours.
We require no more than 1 tsp of ashes. Return this to us in the pre-paid envelope supplied.
Step 3
Your ashes memorial item(s) will be created with great care and attention by our artisans using the ashes you supply.
Step 4
Your items will be shipped using registered and insured delivery with Royal Mail Tracked 48. A photo will be taken to prove delivery.
You can adjust your delivery preference with Royal Mail if you are not going to be home.

You May Be Wondering…
How much ashes do you need?
We only require a small amount – usually less than a teaspoon – to create your piece. Any unused ashes will be returned to you with your order.
How long does it take?
Turnaround time is generally 2 weeks from when we receive the ashes. In some cases there may be an additional 2 week delay while we re-stock in-demand items.
Can I include ashes from a pet?
Absolutely. We are honoured to create memorials for beloved pets as well as people.
What precautions should I take to preserve my resin jewellery?
Jewellery should be removed when doing housework, bathing and when spraying perfume to avoid chemical reactions which can lead to damage and tarnishing of the silver.
